All that I could think off is, since Nisha was close to Jack, maybe she got some of his doppelganger tech and the Chick we fought in Lynchwood was a clone. I also have a theory that says the loader in tales from the borderlands has Wilhelm's brain, which Wilhelm created as back up in case he ever died.

Every time Nisha takes 15% of her maximum health in damage, she gains a stack of Order. These stacks are quickly lost outside combat. For every stack, she has a chance to regain double the damage taken when attacked.
